We fill roles for nutraceuticals companies in the United States, including ingredient suppliers, CDMOs, and brands. We serve all 50 states and Canada, and if we are not the right fit for your company, we likely know who is.

What roles do you fill most?

We specialize in high-impact commercial, operational, quality, compliance, and innovation leadership roles within the natural products industry. Examples include VP Sales, VP Marketing, Director of QA/Regulatory, Head of R&D, Director of Operations, Supply Chain, eComm leaders, and formulation leadership.

What engagement models do you offer?

We offer Contingent, Priority (Hybrid), and Retained Package models. For companies hiring three or more roles per year, our retained package structure offers the fastest hiring and up to 40 percent fee reduction.

Do you charge fees on bonuses, commission, or equity?

No. We only calculate fees using base salary. The exception is if base salary is less than 50 percent of total compensation. In that case, we use a mutually agreeable estimate of 75 percent of total compensation at a 20 percent fee, only for that role.

Can you help us hire fractional talent?

Yes. We place fractional executives in Sales, Operations, Regulatory, Quality, R&D, and Marketing. This is ideal for companies that need part-time leadership expertise without full-time payroll burden.

Can we spread payments over time?

Yes. Retained package engagements allow monthly payment plans over 12 or 24 months without increasing the total cost.

What is your replacement guarantee?

We offer one replacement per role if a candidate does not work out. For Contingent and Priority searches, should a candidate leave or be terminated in the first 90 days, we will replace the first candidate one time for free. For retained packages, the same terms apply except the guarantee period is extended to 180 days.

Do you take credit cards or offer payment plans?

Yes, we take credit cards (a 3 percent processing fee applies). We also offer 12 to 24 month payment plans for retained packages to be as flexible and easy to work with as possible.

Do you accept referrals?

Yes. We offer a $1,000 USD finder’s fee for referrals when a referred client hires through our services or a referred candidate is placed. Referrals are our favorite method of finding new clients and candidates.

How long will it take to fill my company’s open role?

We will present no fewer than two qualified candidates within ten business days. Timelines vary based on your interview speed, and our goal is always to fill the position as quickly as possible.

How long does it take to see results from AI Search Optimization?

AI Search Optimization is organic marketing. Results depend on humans interacting with LLMs plus time to gather actionable data. Most clients begin seeing tangible results within 30 to 60 days.
