No. We only calculate fees using base salary.

The exception is if base salary is less than 50% of total compensation. In that case, we use a mutually agreeable estimate of 75% of total compensation at a 20% fee, only for that role.

Yes. Retained package engagements allow monthly payment plans over 12 or 24 months without increasing total cost.

In the off-chance a candidate does not work out, we offer one replacement per role.

For contingent & priority searches, should a candidate leave on their own or be terminated in the first 90 days, we will replace the first candidate one time for free.

For retained packages, the same terms apply except the guarantee period is extended to 180 days.

Yes, we take credit cards. Please note that for all credit card transactions there will be a 3% processing fee added.

We also offer 12-24 month payment plans for retain pacakges. Our goal is to be as flexible and easy to work with as possible.

Yes! Did you know that we offer finder’s fees for referrals? When you refer either a client or candidate who hires or gets hired using our services, we will send you a thank you for the referral of $1,000 USD.

We will have no less than two qualified candidates presented to you within ten business days. The rest depends on how fast you move. The goal is to fill the position as soon as possible.
